Who we are

Which details we use, and why
- Your account. When you register, we ask for your name, email address, company name, address and, optionally, a phone number and a separate email address for invoices. We use them to create your account, which you also use to log in to weBatch Provisioning. We need these details to provide the service.
- Orders and invoices. We keep which plan you choose, how many groups and when. Your invoice is based on your company details. Dutch law requires us to keep our accounts for seven years.
- The contact form. Your name, email address, company and message reach us as an email. We only use them to answer your question.
- Visits from an advert. If you arrive through a link in an advert or newsletter, we count that: we keep which advert it was and the page you arrived on. We don't keep your IP address, only a code that changes every day. That way we count a visitor once per day without knowing who it is.
- Security. To prevent abuse, such as a large number of login attempts in a row, we briefly use your IP address. Our server also keeps technical logs, which include IP addresses. We only look at them when we investigate a fault or abuse.
We don't sell your details and don't use them for advertising.
Cookies
The site only uses cookies it needs to work. There are no cookies for statistics or advertising, and the site loads nothing from other websites. That is why we don't ask for consent and you don't see a cookie banner.

Your browser also remembers whether you prefer the light or dark look (webatch-theme) and the language you last used (webatch-lang). This stays in your own browser and is not sent to us.
Who we share details with
We only share your details with companies that work for us and may not use them for their own purposes: the company that hosts our server, our email service (for account emails and the contact form) and our accounting software (for your invoices). Beyond that, we only pass on details when the law requires it.
How long we keep details
- Your account: as long as you use it. If you want it deleted, email us.
- Invoices and the details on them: seven years, as the law requires.
- Messages from the contact form: as long as we need them for your question.
Details in weBatch Provisioning
This statement covers the website and your account. What you process in weBatch Provisioning, such as the users on your platform, we process on your behalf. The agreements we make with your company apply to that.
Security
The site only works over a secure connection (https). We store passwords in a way that nobody can read them back, including us. You can add a code from an authenticator app to protect your account further.
Your rights
You may see the details we hold about you, have them corrected or deleted, object to how they are used and request them in a usable file. You can change your name, address and billing details yourself in My account. For anything else, email info@webatch.nl; we respond within a month. If you disagree with how we handle your details, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
