Tiered price per extra group
Every plan includes 5 groups. Above that you pay per group per month, by tier: the first extra groups at the rate of the first tier, the groups after that at the lower rate of the next.

What is a group?
A group is a BroadWorks group (the phone system of a customer). As soon as you work with a group, it uses one place in your plan. If a group is not used for six months, the place is released automatically.
Ordering and changing
You order or change your plan in your account. We confirm the request and set up the plan for you straight away. You receive the invoice monthly by email.
Users and sessions
You can add as many colleagues as you like. With MKB five users can be connected to BroadWorks at the same time, with Enterprise that is unlimited.
